Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms cover (A) our website and service requests, (B) our text messaging program, and (C) "Atlas", the internal scheduling and billing software operated by HomeFix Station LLC ("HomeFix Station"), including its connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online (together, the "App").

A. Website and service requests

Submitting a service request through our website does not create an appointment. We will contact you to schedule a visit, and appointment times are confirmed only when we send you a confirmation. For warranty service, coverage, repair and replacement decisions are made by your warranty company, not by HomeFix Station. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

B. Text messaging terms

• Program: HomeFix Station service notifications.
• What you'll receive: messages about your service request, such as scheduling questions, appointment confirmations and visit updates. We do not send marketing messages.
• Frequency: varies with your service request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email homefixstation@gmail.com.
• Consent: agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

C. Atlas software and QuickBooks Online (End-User License Agreement)

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the App, you agree to sections 1 to 10 below.

1. Who may use the App

The App is built for HomeFix Station's own business operations. It is not offered for sale or for use by other companies. Only HomeFix Station's owner or people authorized by the owner may connect, use or disconnect it.

2. License

HomeFix Station grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for HomeFix Station's internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or use the App for any other company.

3. QuickBooks Online connection

When connected, the App accesses the authorized QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API to read customers, service items, invoices and payments, and to create and send invoices. The connection can be removed at any time from the App's disconnect page or from within QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting stops all further access. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing invoices and records the App creates, for keeping your QuickBooks Online account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Automated actions, such as sending an invoice after a warranty company declines a repair, follow the rules HomeFix Station has set and can be reviewed and changed at any time.

5. Data

Information handled by the App is described in our Privacy Policy. HomeFix Station does not sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. HomeFix Station does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeFix Station will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

HomeFix Station may suspend or end access to the App at any time. You may stop using it at any time by disconnecting it. Sections 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
